    PROFILE

    NON1 - Balanced, sweet & salty. Chamomile provides lingering tannins for a floral finish.
    NON2 - Bold body with a buttery texture. Minerality from kombu with a lingering spice finish.
    NON3 - Bright, tart & balanced with a savoury undertone.
    NON5 - Tart native citrus, floral body, menthol aroma & finish.
    NON7 - Rich dark fruits, spice nose, undertones of coffee.

    INGREDIENTS

    NON1 - Water, verjus, raspberries, sugar, chamomile, salt.
    NON2 - Water, pears, verjus, black tea, kelp (kombu), olive brine, vanilla, agave, clove, cardamom, ginger root, star anise, peppercorn.
    NON3 - Water, verjus, oranges, yuzu, sugar, salt, cinnamon.
    NON5 - Water, verjus, sugar, lemon verbena, lemongrass, hibiscus, lemon myrtle, liquorice root, peppermint, salt, hops.

    STORAGE

    Store in a cool, dry place. Use a sparkling stopper to preserve carbonation. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5-7 days.
